Dust off your boots and get ready to kick off our summer series Sam Clam’s Disco with Stud Country!
Two-step partner dance lesson at 6:30, followed by line dance lessons at 7:30pm and 8:30pm. Partner dancing and line dance requests all evening. Natural wine, oysters and bites available a la carte from the Swim Club kitchen.
Festive fits and western-wear encouraged! All bodies and all levels are welcome.
ABOUT STUD COUNTRY
Stud Country is born from the legacy of queer dance spaces and honors the rich history of LGBTQ cowboy culture. Best friends, Sean and Bailey, teach partner dancing and classic era line dances from disco to nineties country, while mixing in new genre pop songs. They believe line dancing should be easy, fun and accessible.

We’re thrilled to welcome our good friend Rachael for a special happy hour featuring her incredible and idiosyncratic blackcurrant aperitif, C. Cassis. We’ll be working up some extra special C. Cassis-based cocktails—like the launch of the VSC House Spritz!—alongside some delicious seafood bites.
A can’t miss opportunity to meet a trailblazing producer and let your taste buds explore.

ABOUT RACHAEL + C. CASSIS
Before founding C. Cassis, Rachael spent her time at the intersection of food, art, wine and agriculture. From cooking in CA where she's from and working as a baby wine runner at Chez Panisse to farming in France, hosting a pop-up restaurant at her apartment in Spain, and a decade producing events in NY, the collective knowledge of all these pursuits comes together now around blackcurrants.
She makes everything by hand and has created something sensorially transportive, rooted in winemaking, while super grounded in the ag and ethos of NY's Hudson Valley. She's interested in beverage as a connector and ecological advocate, but mostly hopes that C. Cassis brings everyone who drinks it some joy.
